European Audio Team (EAT) C-Note Uni-Pivot Tonearm – 12 inch arm
This beautifully constructed tonearm is a completely new concept which combines all the advantages of a uni-pivot arm with a cardan bearing design. The uni-pivot helps relieve the load on the bearing. The traditional Cardan bearing insures high stability and ease of use whilst maintaining very low friction. Also, inside the tonearm, is a special silicon-based grease to which helps dampen tonearm resonances by a further 50%.
The tube is constructed out of super stiff & rigid carbon fiber. The headshell is formed from ultra-light & rigid aluminum. This is the perfect combination of carbon fiber along the length of the tonearm tube with the superior damping of aluminum for the headshell while also allowing high end MC cartridges to be tightened properly.
