Legacy Audio Helix Excellent Condition

I have a pair of Legacy Audio Helix speakers for sale.  I purchased these speakers in 2013 from HiFi Destination (less than a year old floor model).  They have been lightly used mostly on weekends at low level listening volume.  I have always kept the speakers covered when not in use with custom covers.    This version requires amplification for the mids and tweeters.  I currently use (2) Pass Labs XA30.8 Stereo amps (one for tweeters and one for midrange) which work very well. A separate 750Watt ICE amp is dedicated to the subwoofers and a separate 750Watt ICE amp is dedicated to the woofers, so each speaker has 1,500 Watts of ICE amplification.  The speaker system also includes a Xilica 4080-XP DSP processor.   Legacy Audio also offers their Wavelet for the Helix Speakers which is a significant upgrade for any speaker system.  It can replace your Preamp, DAC

I have rated the speakers as an 8; however, they really are worthy of 9+, but I wanted to be conservative.  There are no marks or scratches on either speaker and grills are in perfect condition.  These are truly beautiful speakers with the cherry wood.  They play perfect and I have never had any issues with the speakers.  This is the fourth pair of speakers that I purchased from Legacy Audio; I have been a loyal customer for the last 25 years because they build great speakers and have excellent customer service.  These speakers rarely show up on Audiogon or anywhere on the used market. 

I have the original wood crates for shipping.  The ship weight for each speaker is 
approximately 400 pounds or 800 pounds for the pair.  This will need to be shipped via truck 
freight due to the weight.  Pickup is also an option.

Digital Steering

HELIX architecture is based around a sophisticated digital time-compensating 
processor. Within the digital matrix, the transfer functions for each driver 
can be derived via summation and subtraction, parametrically equalized, and 
then time shifted. The result is accuracy; a totally coherent, spatially 
integrated, acoustic event. Custom room adjustments are readily implemented via 
serial/USB port.
