This sell is AS-IS, worked well last time I heard it. 

From Mike Zivcovic’s inventory. Mike of Teresonic fame passed away recently, and we are helping his wife sell some of his private gear and vacuum tubes.

This is a 211 tube3 amp much like the big Audio Note. It is stunningly beautiful to behold and to listen to. It is designed with no capacitors in the audio circuitry. It is an all tubed design including tube rectification. It uses New Old Stock tubes made by GE and RCA mostly in 1940’s and 1950’s, such as the NOS GE Army 211 power tubes. The tubes are mounted in low-noise, gold plated, ceramic tube sockets, and the sockets are insulated from the chassis using vibration damping material to protect the tubes from any vibrations.
It uses NOS components, such as Riken resistors, Black Gate and Mundorf capacitors. The amps have silver wiring all the way through. The output and interstage transformers are made by Lundhal of Sweden.

The Reference 211 wasn’t created as a commercial product to compete with many fine tube amplifier. It was created as a reference standard. . .
The Reference 2a3 is a special order product depending on availability of NOS tubes and other hard-to-find components. We will not cut corners and compromise with replacement parts and apologize in advance if we are not able to accept an order because of parts unavailability.
