VAC Phi 200 amplifier

For sale my VAC Phi 200 stereo tube amplifier. I am the second owner of this amplifier. The original owner was a reviewer who used this piece as his reference for roughly 3 years and kept this amp in excellent condition. This unit was shipped back to VAC, completely checked out, retubed and then sold to me.


This amplifier is a manual bias unit that is 100 watts per channel. The bias circuit is excellent, very easy to use and relies upon LEDs. I checked bias about once per month and it rarely varies. Gain is: 37 db-single ended and 31 db balanced. Serial number is: "1012501".


Plenty of reviews are available for your perusal. Suffice it to say that this is a superb sounding amplifier from an outstanding company. Upon inspection I couldnt find any flaws but am rating an 8 to be safe. Amplifier is (including tubes and knobs): 8.75" X 17.8" X 17.8" with a shipping weight of roughly 90 pounds.


Asking price includes insured Ground shipping within the lower 48 and also includes Paypal fee. This amp will always remain a standard by which other amps will be judged in my system and is a great product.
