Perfect playing and cosmetic condition with original box, manual.
This was our demo unit. It is in perfect condition and comes with a 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
We just sent this W20 back to Aurender service in CA to make sure the hardware was up to date with the latest W20. This unit is now as the latest W20 would have been sold
The MQA add-in app in installed on the W20. It also has a new SSD drive and the internal usb stick that allows for a re-bbot in case of any SW malfunctions, which was not included on earlier W20s.
Rating an 8 only because that it is not a W20SE and if there are any tiny marks somewhere on the unit, but we cannot find any.
