The Monitor Audio Silver 300 7G is a floorstanding speaker designed for high-performance audio reproduction in home theater and music systems. It is part of the 7th generation of Monitor Audio's Silver Series, which features significant upgrades from the previous generation.
The Silver 300 7G features a 3-way design with two 6.5-inch RST bass drivers, a 4-inch RST midrange driver, and a 1-inch gold dome tweeter with a specially-designed waveguide. The RST (Rigid Surface Technology) drivers are made from a lightweight, yet rigid material that provides excellent low-frequency response and accuracy.
The speaker also features Monitor Audio's proprietary HiVe II port technology, which reduces turbulence and improves airflow for better bass response. The cabinet is constructed from high-quality MDF and features internal bracing to minimize vibrations and improve overall sound quality.
