Our upgrade 'CryoSilver™ Reference' power umbilical cable finally enables the full sonic potential of the connected equipment and is in use in fine audiophile systems by music lovers worldwide.

• We start with bare single-crystal five-nines (5N) ultra-pure solid core CryoSilver™ conductors – deep cryogenically treated in our exclusive vacuum cryogenic process. Silver is the most electrically conductive of all the elements, and our silver is not your father’s silver. Soft annealed and polished to a mirror finish, the raw, uninsulated wire utilized is produced by a U.S. company that specializes in high precision silver wiring technology primarily for advanced aerospace and medical imaging industries. Not at all what you find in any other audio cables. And no bulk cable is employed in any of our designs - that is simply because there is no bulk cable in existence that does what we need it to do, nor are the subassemblies we need capable of being machine mass produced. So we intensively do it all individually by hand. A process unheard of elsewhere, because it is extremely labor intensive and time consuming !
• Air Tunnel™ dielectrics - translucent fluorocarbon pure PTFE Teflon isolators – the inner area diameter of the isolator is substantially oversized relative to the conductor diameter, providing a blanket of pure air surrounding the conductor hermetically sealed within, undisturbed and unaffected by the ambient atmosphere
• Progressive Hand Wrap™ discreet solid shields for each conductor pole, isolating each conductor/dielectric sub-assembly from all others within the array, to eliminate EM effects, cross talk, and eddy currents. Power grounds are a serious potential source of polluted electrical noise and grunge, a performance-robbing condition often neglected by other cable designers. We take the crucial step of shielding and draining the grounds separately from the power rails.
• Triple-layer solid and helically-woven stranded outer shieldings on the finished subassembly.
• All shieldings drained to the power supply end only (to carry absorbed internal and external EMI/RFI noise harmlessly away from the music)
• DualConduit™ design – there are a number of factors that make individualized conduits a superior design feature. The power supply designers very wisely exploited the operational benefits of employing five discreet isolated and separate power supply rails in the Lumin power supply. We honor this concept and contribute to its effectiveness by maintaining and maximizing isolation of crucial voltages during the power transfer from the power supply to the main chassis where the rails must needs be paralleled in near proximity. To accomplish this the high current power rails and grounds and their shieldings are separately housed in their own dedicated solo discreet conduit. By the luxury of the larger inner diameter of two conduits dedicated to only their respective rails, this enables us to improve the ampacity of rails through the doubling of the total wire gauge. Moreover, it enables the considerable advantage of star-quad wiring the cable subassemblies. The benefits of these are substantial - much lower impedance, which is highly desirable with power transfer systems, in addition to greatly increased common mode noise rejection.
A second discreet conduit is utilized to separately house the sensitive low power rails, both positive and negative, their grounds and their shieldings.
This system eliminates the detrimental affects of induction of one array upon the other inherent with the stock cable. Power transfer efficiency is maximized and the noise floor is lowered to negligible levels otherwise unachievable.
• Ceramic MicroSphere™ Conduit - One of the highlights of our design, separating ours from all the others: Ordinary high-end cables are a major path for mechanical vibration to enter and / or exit sensitive audio equipment. In addition, the effects resonance has on the performance of audio cables themselves is well documented. Audio frequency vibrations induced into the cable may create a state of microphony and transduce physical resonance into electrical resonance, polluting the audio stream. To combat this phenomenon, the conduit of our cables is filled with proprietary Ceramic MicroSpheres™ (patent applied for, Revelation Audio Labs, Inc.). This results in a cable that is virtually immune to the propagation of micro-vibration. This could be one of your most valuable weapons in your isolation arsenal.
• (CCIC™) jacket - the conduits are covered externally with our new Conductive Carbon Infused Composite™ (CCIC™) jacket. This advanced technology material provides superior EMI/RFI/EMF/ESD shielding of the cable. The negative affects that static electrical fields and charges have on audio cables is well documented. There are entire audio accessory categories dedicated to the attempt to address this serious performance-robbing condition. We take a proactive approach rather than trying to treat it after it exists. In addition to augmented shielding, crucially the Conductive Carbon jacket provides ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection as it dissipates static fields and charges, also eliminating static electrical charges from accumulating in the first place, as their presence robs performance as it does with standard cable insulation. Moreover, as the carbon shielding material is electrically dissipative rather than purely electrically conductive, it absorbs and dissipates any electrical noise AND static electricity charge build-ups - which occur naturally on common non-conductive materials, such as the plain plastics of ordinary cable insulation - in fact preventing these charges from occurring in the first place. It is typical for these charge levels to be in the thousands of volts. All areas of audio performance are enhanced by eliminating static electrical fields and charges from the surfaces of cables. Virtually all other audio cables suffer from the negative sonic effects of stray fields upon the cable.
