Wanted Mac Mini Late 2012 Quad Core i7

I maybe interested in getting a Late 2012 Mac Mini 2.3 or 2.6 i7 Quad Core. Physical condition is very important. I need something that looks basically new. Bottom scratches are not as much of a concern but prefer none. I am not that concerned about hard drive size. Though I would prefer a 124GB SSD and a 2TB SSD. RAM I can add. I am interested in other modification as well....external power supply and such. I am not sure if I want to get a stock one and work it over or find one someone has already modified.
