These are a lightly used pair of Eminent Technology lft-8b hybrid planar speakers. The b designation indicates the upgraded tweeters. The benefit of these hybrid planars is the traditional cone woofers that offer deeper bass than a ribbon. These were demos that Doug Schroeder of dagogo.com stereo review sold to me. He had them for review for several years. The right woofer was dented in shipping to him and does not affect fidelity. They sat in his sound room rarely used and were finally sold, at the manufacturers request, to me. I used them occasionally for less than a year until I got into motorcycling which sucked up all my time and money, so they really have low hours on them. They sound very open and airy with nice deep bass. The woofers will ship in one large box 31"21"16" 66lbs. The panels will ship in 2 large boxes 66"17"8" 54lbs. each. Shipping cost will be calculated and paid by buyer. Local pick-up is best due to the shipping cost of the large heavy boxes.
