MOST STEREO EXPERTS FEEL THE CR SERIES WAS BEST ONE YAMAHA HAD OFFERED. AFTER THAT THE QUALITY DROPPED WITH EACH NEW SERIES. THIS UNIT WAS JUST THOROUGHLY SERVICED BY A VETERAN AUDIO TECH AND WORKS LIKE NEW. IT IS ALSO QUITE HEAVY DUE TO THE HIGH GRADE COMPONENTS USED...VERY POWERFUL. Book price is $300.
