Here i have a brand new never used open box sherbourn T100 am/fm tuner.
Bought by friend and never installed due to drama in his life.So now it needs to go,it is unused and brand new as stated.
Here is a little on the unit:
Super Innovative Remote-Locatable AM/FM Tuner Sherbourn’s core philosophy of creating innovative technology is again exemplified in its remarkable T100 AM/FM tuner. Whilst acknowledging the value of Satellite Tuners, Sherbourn contends that consumers wanting local sports or talk radio programs still need to use an AM band with its traditionally mediocre reception due to the fact that the AM signal is particularly susceptible to interference from adjacent electronic equipment. The T100 tuner has a twelve volt power supply, effectively acts as its own AM/FM antenna, and offers the option of remotely locating the unit away from any interference resulting in a significant improvement in performance. The unit’s CAT5 connection, carrying the RS232 information, enables a smooth integration it into any preamp/ keypad system. In addition to giving keypad-access to selected AM or FM stations, the T100 will automatically seek and store the strongest stations in each geographic listening area. The chassis measures 6" x 4" x 1.5" and includes a front panel LED frequency read-out and key-slots for attachment to attic beams. For consumers wanting local control of the tuner functions the unit includes an IR sensor and a handheld remote control.
Housed in an elegant silver-colored aluminum chassis Chassis display includes an LCD panel for frequency identification Designed to be remotely located away from all adjacent interference Chassis includes key slots for easy attachment to attic beams or other remote locations Chassis acts like an antenna to assist in the delivery of a crystal clear reception on both AM and FM wavebands Includes 12 volt power supply CAT5 connection enables the transfer of the RS232 information Can be easily integrated into a whole house keypad system Can be used locally using its IR remote control, by its front panel buttons or via the RS-232 port Includes a credit-card sized remote control Specifications
