I have for sale a pair of Sound Lab M1 speaker panels that could be used as is but really need new mylar membranes to be perfect. I have rated them 8/10 based only on the condition of the wood trim on the panels. (See Sound Lab website for photos of M1.) The panels are already at the Sound Lab factory in Utah, so there would be no shipping cost to the buyer except from Utah to the buyer's location. The panels can be re-skinned with the very latest "PX" technology mylar, new Spandex grill cloth, and the new stators, for the total price of about $1500, payable to Sound Lab. The final product would not have the PX stators, since PX stators cannot be installed on panels with the 90 degree arc. This sale includes panels, only. The elements needed to complete the speaker are a bias supply, bass and treble audio transformers, crossover components, and the wood base that contains them. I will assist the buyer in putting this package together at a cost that would range from about $2000 to $6000. (The latter would be the approximate cost only if the buyer wishes to use all OEM Sound Lab parts, which is not necessary to achieve great results.
