Korneff 45 SET The best 45 SET?

This is a REAL Korneff 45 (not a clone). Superb ElectraPrint output transformers (wired for 8 ohms). Very good glass included - RCA drivers and Cunningham 45 *globes*! (You want to hear this superb amp with the best 45s ever made, which are the globes.)

Solen coupling caps. I have a pair of Mundorf silver-in-oil I can throw in if you want to experiment.

Condition is VERY good - I can't find a substantial scratch anywhere. It looks like it could have come out of Jeff's shop last month.

Except, of course, he isn't building anymore - and it doesn't sound like he will again.

Note that gain is low on these amps (best sound that way); you'll likely want an active preamp if your speakers are less than 97-98 dB/W.

Although, I just barely got by without one with a TVC with +6 dB gain and 95 dB/W speakers.
