Pentode 6 SE 6V6 Mono Blocks Class A Autobias

This specific new pair of mono-blocks are constructed with Edcor USA Output Transformers (Which work VERY WELL and SOUND very match with the 6V6's characteristics!), and with Hammonds Canada provide the power supply and choke filtering, as well constructed base on a Canadian makes of walnut wood chassis. The top plate is made of high quality aluminum with precision, coated with dark gray hammer tone with good touching and professional looks.

The amps are running in Class A Autobias with the 6V6 Power Beam tubes, driven by 12AX7, tube rectified by 5AR4. We like the 6V6 so much not just with its fat and musical tube sound, but also its durability and long life - its one of the lowest temperature running tube. This is why you often see 6V6 amps that has been running decades, is still running! Imagine those beat-up vintage jukebox, they survived all kinds of environment and temperatures!

The amps are coupling with Mundorf Evo Oil Caps. Proper high end, the very best of 6V6 sound and the most powerful 4 watt at 8 ohms, thanks to the Ultra Linear taps available from the Edcor USA Output Transformers - It's good enough to sing loud with our big Tannoys with plenty of clarity (not easy).
