Yamaha YP-D71 turntable

for sale is an excellent conditon Yamaha YP-D71 quartz lock direct drive turntable with heavy wooden base. it has been fully serviced with new damping fluid in the arm auto-lift mechanism, and also new low capacitance output cables. new litz headshell leads are also included. A Grado F3+ cartridge, unmounted with straight cantilever and sharp stlyus is included (this is the vintage equivalent of the Prestige Blue). Will also include a vintage harman/kardon record weight.

physical condition is extremely good for vintage. corners and finish of base intact. see pics. dustcover has a few light scuffs and minor scratches consistent with use and vintage. it presents VERY well, and is closer to a 9/10 "real world" scale IMHO

Google it - Yamaha really went above and beyond with their products of this period, using heavier damped bases instead of boxy, resonant ones. this table weighs in at nearly 30 pounds!. their tonearms are higher quality as well. this is an excellent entry-level table! selling due to having 6 turntables, decided to narrow it down to 2 or 3.
