Technics SL-1500C: Price Reduced!

For sale Technics SL-1500C semiautomatic turntable: this was first released 4-5 years ago to great reviews in the audio press. It is semiauto: the arm lifts off the record at the runoff grooves to save stylus wear and keep the turntable mechanism as simple as possible. It is a beautiful unit, rock solid, and plays beautifully. It is being sold with no cartridge but I have a batch available both almost new and vintage with new stylii.
The deck has no dings or scratches. you mays see a remnant of finger smudges. The cover has a few very light scratches which are not noticeable.
I am selling it because I formerly ran two, one mono and one stereo. This was the mono so it has not seen a lot of use.
