Hot Rod type back plates w/ 5KW resistor and Clarity Tweeter Caps. The Backplates also have the option of switching the High Frequency Cap value between 24uf / 36 uf and the High Frequency Inductor In or Out of the circuit This Allows the speakers to be fine tuned to a variety of Amplifiers. Solid state or tube. Other Controls include Tweeter level, Midrange adjustment and Low Frequency Adjustment. Always Dialed down when not in use. Panels have approx 300 hour and in perfect working order.. RATING A 7 BUT ARE VERY CLOSE TO AN 8.

Speakers are in excellent Condition except for a very small hole (about 1/8") in the sock behind one rail and are sonically beyond reproach. IMO, the Soundlab are one of the very best loudspeakers and connect you to the soul of the music.. I have the wood Crates for the Transformers but no shipping box's for the speakers.
